“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do”

I have been in the natural products industry for over a decade promoting vitamins, organic beauty products and the belief system that natural is the way to go. I’ve lobbied in Washington DC for consumers right to choose vitamins from responsible and ethical suppliers. In 2005 I created a TV show aimed at educating the community about holistic practices, healthy recipes and the good that stems from sustainable choices in food and shopping. For the past year I have a column dedicated to health and wellness in the community publication, ET WEEKLY. Through education I believe we can create a healthier and less stressful world.
I love animals! I rescued my kitty Sunny in 2013. Or maybe I should say she rescued me.
Since 2008 I have been part of an animal rescue group on Petfinder.com with over 100 adoption success stories.
Lastly one of my proudest accomplishments has been my memoir about grief and spirituality. I’m looking for an agent or publisher to assist me with publishing it.

Like most of the planet I am trying to find a balanced life rich in memories, adventures and love. In a technological age I want real connection with people all the while trying to remain savvy and streamlined in my professional career. It’s all one big quest and I am enjoying every moment.

Three philosophies to meditate on…..

Mind - We are all connected. Your happiness is mine, mine yours

Love what you do and do what you love.
It is never too late to learn something new, speak up for your beliefs, or change careers. You are meant to be the most fantastic version of you.

Body - What you put in and on your body counts

An instructor of group exercise classes for over 15 years, I love inspiring class members to be their best. By living a clean life in and out healing is possible.

Spirit - Be a seeker of spiritual knowledge no matter how uncharted it is
Living in the moment trumps all. Recognize joy in the biggest and smallest moments. Believe...even in the things you cannot see and hear.
